At every visit our team carries out memorial cleaning and will lay a fresh bouquet of flowers at the memorial. We are fully transparent and after every visit our team will send you and your extended list of family & friends of the deceased a WhatsApp photo of your memorial.

Currently, Always There Aftercare covers a 30-mile radius from Wigan, St Helens, and Warrington in the north west of the United Kingdom. However, we are continually expanding our service area to serve more communities. If your location isn’t listed, please submit an enquiry and we’ll notify you once we are able to service your particular area.

Once you sign up to one of our AfterCare plans, we will redirect you to a satellite view of your cemetery, within this website called ‘What3Words’, you can locate your 3 word address and return to our site to update your memorial precise location for our team to use when carrying out our regular services on your memorial.

Option 1 – You can cancel your subscription via your account section on www.alwasythereaftercare.com

Option 2 – You can also cancel your subscription via emailing “CANCEL” including your name, number, and name on memorial, to info@alwaysthereaftercare.com

Option 3 – Finally, you can cancel your direct debit via PayPal or whichever payment provider you used. 

Yes of course. Whether your loved one is memorialised with a headstone, tomb, bench, crematoria plaque, or any other type of memorial that exists within cemetery grounds, we offer the exact same service. 

Always There Aftercare take full responsibility for any damage caused by our service team. Although we don’t expect it ever to be an issue because of our careful & considerate approach to servicing your loved ones’s memorial, we do have public liability insurance just in case.

You can cancel at anytime. If you don’t want to cancel but are having financial difficulties, email our team at info@alwaysthereaftercare.com and we will work with you to find a solution.

While we understand that some people may have multiple headstones in close succession of each other in the same cemetery, our price point stays the same per headstone we service. 

We understand that personalisation is important when honouring your loved ones. While we do bring flowers that are in season and don’t generally offer bespoke flower arrangements, you can specify any preferences of favourite flowers to use or in fact flowers not to use in our arrangements. However it is important to say this is merely a guideline our team will do our best to accommodate, not a requirement.
